Everyone is so nice. I had an extraction of a front tooth, it was flawless/painless. But they said they would make me a partial to replace it. That was 6 months ago. I am about to go back for my 5th "adjustment", this hard plastic partial will never fit correctly and it will never adjust to my gums, the plastic they use is too hard for the human mouth. I was told there is a woman in the lower level that will give you a partial that actually fits comfortably but it costs $600 in cash. This seems like something nefarious. Nevertheless, I have to play the game. I hope they offer pay plans on the partials that actually fit. I'll update this review as I go along.

What an outstanding staff!! From the lovely welcoming receptionist, the x Ray tech and dental assistant, to my Dentist. He was very caring and kind. They all were. I needed four fill ins and two extractions. They asked me my level of pain and gave me appropriate medication to fix it. They asked my preference in the order I'd do the surgeries. Fill in first? Extraction? All at once? They are by far the kindest and most caring dental practitioners I've ever encountered and I'm glad I found them and wish I found them sooner. I had teeth already extracted so they even offered me partial dentures!! And they are filling in the same three teeth another dentist said I needed to pull in the next ten years, why not now? Yes getting a tooth pulled will hurt a little and there is pressure, but compared to the months of pain I've endured, I have nothing to complain about. They actually care. I'm happy to call Charles Street Dental my dental office. Thank you guys for saving my mouth!!! I appreciate it more than you know.

The oral surgeon at this office is absolutely amazing! His bedside manner is perfect! He calmed me and took his time to sit and talk to me and explain stuff and try to ease my fears before starting. For someone like myself who is absolutely petrified of the dentist especially oral surgery he me feel like he cared and was extremely professional and kind. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat especially to someone with fear of dentists.
