I've been prepping my 9 year old for his tooth extraction that requires anesthesia, that was supposed to be today. The clinic called me a few days ago to confirm his appointment and this morning, my son put on his lucky clothes to get him through this procedure as he's terrified. 2 hours before his appointment, Dr Mounia's extremely rude and unsympathetic dental assistant calls me and tells me she needs to reschedule due to the Dr having an "emergency". She couldn't have given a damn about our situation and her matter of fact "it is what it is" attitude was uncalled for and unprofessional. Not only do they cancel, but they then suggest to reschedule 20 days from now when my son needs this done ASAP. Yeah.. they don't care about the average person and probably choose the procedures that the dentist and the clinic would get to pocket over actually helping people. On top of it, it's an extremely busy clinic with long wait times and doesn't really look clean. I do not recommend.

During the cleaning the hygienist did not provide glasses for my child. During the cavity removal they became impatient and my child became agitated.I would say they are no good for kids under 5-6 year olds instead go to a pediatric dentist.

I have been waiting 19 months for my dental implant final step to be completed. Appears that specialists only work one day a week at the clinic.

We are very disappointed. The dentist had no bedside manner and did not take the time to calm and reassure the child. After less than five minutes, without talking to the child, she told us we would have to have general anaesthesia. I think had she taken five minutes to explain the procedure my child would have been able to handle it. However, the dentist did not reassure her or even talk to the child. Horrible service. Would not recommend!!!
