My 11 & 12 year old have been coming to Central CT Pediatric Dentistry since they were 2. We love the doctors and staff! They make my children feel good about coming to the dentist, getting cavities filled, and most recently getting braces on. It’s so nice that we can stay with the same practice we love and trust to start our orthodontic journey. We would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!

No practice is perfect and as humans life can present different depending on the day. Most of us our trying to do the best we can with the good and the bad. My children have been going to this practice for several years now. My main goal was to find a place where my children were happy and not afraid to go to the dentist. The office has always been clean the staff, hygienist and doctor's have done their best at explaining and helping me as well as my children with any issues or concerns. Overall I have been pleased with this practice and I would recommend them. My children feel safe with CCPD and that is what matters most to our family.

We had a great first visit. The staff was lovely and kind while providing tips and resources.Office staff before our visit was helpful with navigating insurance concerns. Much appreciated after our previous experience with a different practice.

Misleading insurance billing:They sent us a letter stating unfortunately they will no longer be working with our dental insurance company listing a future date of two month away. The options listed were we can decide to stay after that date and pay the out of network cost or find another dentist. My son had a visit in less than a month (within the in network period) so we continued with the appointment. 3 months after visit, we receive a overdue bill with no visit information only that it is past due of $129.92 plus a finance charge! We disputed with our dental insurance and turns out their letter was misleading. They actually went out of network sooner than was written in the letter. That is definitely not an ethical practice to trick a patients to pay full price $$$ for dental care instead of normal copay $$. We will not return or recommend. Try Sweet tooth dentist in Middletown!Also the care with my son was not gentle. It was an uncomfortable visit.

We love this dentist office! They’re kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We’ve been seeing Nikko and Dr. Haim for years and my kids love them! It’s always a positive experience in this office!
