I was referred to this practice by my doctor, but I must express my disappointment with the level of professionalism displayed by the manager, Tanya, during our phone conversation. Her behavior was not only disrespectful to me but also to my doctor. I considered filing a complaint with the Bureau of Businesses, only to discover a similar complaint from a patient in 2022, with Tanya still employed there in 2024. This provided me with clarity regarding her attitude and treatment of others.While there are many positive reviews about the doctors, I believe that the face of your business is just as crucial as the services provided. As a root canal clinic, it’s important to remember that all patients are in pain and in need of assistance. Given the various challenges in the world today, the last thing a potential or current patient needs is to be treated poorly by someone who seems entitled, especially when discussing policies and procedures. Feeling belittled by someone who is meant to serve the community is disheartening. For me, integrity holds great significance and if it’s not at the forefront of the business then it holds a sour taste for the rest of the staff.

I was in need of an emergency root canal that my dentist couldn’t perform. Dr. Carrington was quick to get me in within an hour. Didn’t wait long at all, he was ready to work! This being my first one I was very nervous.. Dr. Carrington eased my worry with the right amount of jokes, and things to keep my mind occupied. He knew when the exact amount of Novocain to make sure I didn’t feel anything, and even stopped to give me more when we got to the nitty gritty! While these procedures aren’t top of anyone’s list of fun things to do, Dr. Carrington truly made it so much better. I hope I don’t have to have another one done, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be going! Thank you for being an amazing doctor :)

Dr. Carrington is a consummate professional, provides top quality care and is supported by a very efficient staff. This was my second visit to his office in last few years. Both times I was very pleased. I don't look forward to more visits, lol, but if I have to, I will come back again.He kept me informed of what was going on, what decisions he took and why. He works his magic with a pinch of humor, and that keeps the environment light!Thank you for your care, Dr. Carrington.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I had a root canal done and the practitioner took the time to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort. Dr. Carrington is very knowledgeable and skilled. Would highly recommend.

I drive over 100 miles to see Dr. Carrington and his fantastic staff, and if necessary, I would drive much further. Dr. Carrington is the consummate professional and the ideal provider. Not only does he continue to see patients, he also trains other dentists as part of his duties as Associate Clinical Professor at UConn. That is, he's the expert practitioner treating people every day, but he’s also an academic - the teacher who teaches other dentists. He staff has been kind, warm, and helpful every step of the way. Very grateful for your care!
