Our family is still in awe of how God used Dr. Jon yesterday. We've been dealing with our son's broken front teeth for almost a month and when the bonding that his former pediatric dentist popped off after only a week, we knew we needed someone else's help. We went in for a simple evaluation and came out with new teeth. My son is back to eating without fear and his big smile is back because in his words, "these new teeth look so much better!" I'm switching our entire family over to Cantrell Family Dentistry. The entire staff has been so kind and helpful and treated us as though we had been there forever. A kind and good staff reflects its leadership so it is easy to see that the Cantrells are excellent leaders as well as excellent dentists.

i have been going to this place for years and all of sudden right after my clean up appointment i was given a surprise bill because all of sudden they decided to not be in network with my dental insurance and told me that it was my responsibility to figure that out. They did not mention that even once at the time of scheduling my appointment or at the time of check in for the appointment. New Font desk lady (the skinny one) is really rude and told me that it's my problem and i have to pay even though they did not communicate in any way that they are not in network with my insurance. This is the worst experience ever.The doctor and dental hygienist are really nice but management is running this place to the ground.

Going to the dentist is never fun but in my many years (yes, I'm old) of experience some are better than others. This is one of the best I have had. I have been well taken care of and always in a timely manner. All of the office staff as well as Dr. Cantrell are always available to help and answer any questions.

Dr Sarah and her staff at Cantrell are amazing!!! My oldest has major trust issues with doctors. The first two times she went she wouldn’t even let them touch her. They were so patient and caring. They explained and showed her every step they were going to take. They recommended us to a fantastic oral surgeon for her tooth extract. Since then she LOVES and TRUSTS Dr Sarah. I cannot praise them enough for how well they handle and treat my daughters! The office staff is super friendly and helpful and I’ve had nothing but smooth transactions with them and my insurance.
