I absolutely love Candlewood Valley Dental and I have been going for years! Dr Waldron is the kindest, most caring dentist I’ve ever met. She encouraged me to have my wisdom teeth removed when I was scared to and honestly it was not that bad!! Stephanie, my hygienist is also amazing! 5+ stars!!! Good people, honest practice! I will never go anywhere else. :)

This is not a corporate dentist office, where the staff get paid by the number of procedures they can sell you. Dr. Waldron is truly concerned about your health and wellbeing. The entire staff is courteous and kind. I feel safe that the recommendation I receive here are based on solid dentistry.

The hygienist Kelly Budd is a natural at making you feel comfortable in the chair and insuring that you leave with satisfaction of a perfect cleaning. Dr. Waldron and her staff create such a positive dental experience and comfortable atmosphere. 10/10 🔥

The reasons why i rated one star is because that's what they deserved. Due to the fact that on my first visit after waiting a couple of months for an appointment. Dr. Winsor was making fun of my dentures saying that the top was holding with one tooth. Secondly, she refers me to a few greedy Oral Surgeon in Danbury CT. Wish I don't trust who as soon as I call for an appointment told me that I have to pay $575.00 out of pocket when I have United Health Insurance with $2,000.00 left for 2024.In addition, her front Dest staff are not professional Rose email me a form to request my x-rays from my last Dentist I visit in Danbury 2023. And thirdly a girl calls me early on September 23, 2024, to ask me why I mail back the form that Rose emailed to me with not attachment. Even my 11-year-old granddaughter would have known how to email and attachment. Never are going to go back to that clinic. Yesterday I went to NEW ENGLAND DENTAL LLC. In Brookfield CT Where I find highly professional staff and an excellent Oral Surgeon Dr. Ilyas Sheikh who extracted my tooth very gently and professionally. And the x-ray machines are modern I am returning on October 7, for filling of some of my tooth.
