This was a great experience. The front desk was super friendly and got me in so fast. Dr Muneretto was very calming and explained everything. My root canal was done and over before you knew it. I was very appreciative of how fast my issue was taken care of that day. I would definitely recommend this team and will use them again if I need another root canal.

My experience at Cameo was wonderful. I received such a warm greeting from Miss Pam she set the atmosphere. I was so grateful for that. Doctor Taylor Newman performed a fine job. She explained everything to me and answered all of my concern. I was completely satisfied, looking forward to my next appointment

**** BEWARE **** Dr. Baptist should be aware that the billing people in his office are causing lost customers by lying to customers about the insurance they have. My daughter had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and we were initially thrilled and sold on going to Cameo, enjoyed our consult with Dr. Baptist. My dental covers 70% up to 1,500 and medical will cover 60% of any remaining balance (with a bill of $5,000 this is a lot). The billing people lied and said medical did not cover and they would not send a pre-auth. Then THEY advised me to call my medical and bring their office on the call (which I did). United Healthcare said 4 times, they would cover these billing codes - finally the Cameo office said, even though they will cover it we wont send in a pre-auth (simply terrible with the prices we pay for a premium). In the next breath she says (Ann), if you cared for your daughter's health, you'd pay the $5K in cash... YIKES! If I cannot trust the office staff, there is no way I am trusting an oral surgeon to work on my daughter. Eric was very nice (who tried to help with the insurances). A call back was promised to resolve if they would send a preauth to medical, but no call was received. --- SUBURBAN ORAL SURGERY has been AMAZING end to end. They did bill both insurances and costs were under $700 with absolute top notch surgeons (Dr. Allan is GREAT). The bonus is the director of HR at my work also took her kids and had an exceptional experience too. Avoid Cameo.. they are a money grab.

Dr. Mina and the staff were very nice and making me feel very comfortable with my root canal service. Kept me up to date as they worked on my tooth. Highly recommend them to everyone.
