The reviews aren't too good to be true! I was looking for a new dentist and found Dr. Carlos here on Google. My old dentist experience in The Marina was a major disappointment. The old dentist said I had 3 cavities, and I looked forward to having those problems taken care of. However, when I requested an insurance pre-authorization for the work (a standard insurance procedure) they gave me a really hard time about it including lying to me and shuffling my case around to different front office workers. My insurance company told me that was a red flag. It turns out the dental office was planning to charge me $200 more than the official estimate I ended up receiving from my insurance company. No wonder they didn't want me to get one, but wait, there's more. Here's the kicker—I visited Dr. Carlos and he discovered that I didn't even have any cavities at all!Beyond Dr. Carlos' integrity, and exceptional competency in dentistry, his patience, kindness, and the way that his staff follow that lead, make for an ideal dental experience.
