Yes, I would like to thank Dr. O and his staff for my experience, I got my mini-implants 2 weeks ago I'm not going to lie I was in a lot of pain for the first 4 days. But I have been getting so many compliments on my new smile that I thought was gone. Dr. O and his staff is GREAT!! I don't have any before pic, but I do have some pics of my pretty smile.

Absolutely LOVE everyone I have come in contact with in this office! They are all so professional and greet you with a smile! They also treat you just like family!! I had to have some major work done and when I tell you I’m so very pleased with the results!!! I love my new smile 😃 100% recommend!! Dr. O is wonderful! The best bed side manners. Such a sweet soul.I live an hour away from this office but this will now be my new Dentist! 🦷 🪥

Going to the dentist has always been difficult for me because of the thought of it hurting. The staff and Dr. Osorio have always been very communicative and ensure the overall experience is as painless as possible, despite some of the procedures requiring some additional things that do hurt. I have been going here for a few years now and I love coming here. The staff is always welcoming when I come in, even in the early morning hours. They always text and call me for appointment updates and confirmations, which seems small, but working in the medical field myself, this is a huge thing for me patient care and follow up. I stay nervous going to the dental office, but those fears and nervousness subside when I get there. Thanks for all you are doing.

I went to Buckner family clinic on October 22nd 2024 They did x-ray The lady from the front came in with a treatment case before I even seen Dr. Osorio I said how you going to come in and with a treatment case and I didn't see Dr. Osorio first. That should have been my red flag there so he came in and said that. Oh yeah we just going to pull out all your teeth put in new teeth. At that mentioned I was like okay. I got home and I thought about it. I don't want all my teeth pulled out. He's not addressing my TMJ issues so I got up the next morning and I found the dentist I went and got a second opinion. I called dr.osorio office the next day which was the 23rd of October asked them to cancel and refund back the finance company the money. I called the finance company and told them the same thing. Dr.Osorio,call me and told me he wasn't going to do that cuz he was tired of me coming in wasting their time. Back in 2020 I changed my mind due to finance issues at that he was only addressing 6 teeth. Now 4 years later he wants to remove all my teeth. Dr Osorio told me he willing to return $7,500 out of $15,000 and that's all he was going to do because he done made the teeth. Those are not my permanent teeth they're the immediate denture you supposed to had made by October 23rd .Charge me for that day. I told the office manager in the beginning when I first called and canceled the procedure I said charged me for the day and send them back the money. How you going tokeep $15,000 of the finance company money and you hadn't did anything!!I'm file a complaint with State Board of Dental Examiners

My husband and myself have been going to this practice for close to 50 year. Over the years office as well as dentist has changed. But what has never changed is the helpful and friendly office staff and the dentist. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
