A few years back when I started coming to Dr Brooks office I would show up in tears from having so much anxiety. Fast forward to now I am calm and relaxed when I walk in the door. I know I am in good hands. The staff is so understanding and patient with me. Dr Brooks and Dr Stephanie are very gentle and caring. Everyone makes me feel so comfortable that I no longer have a fear of the dentist. I even actually used the phrase, I love going to the dentist, not so much for the work but the environment. Still I never thought that sentence would come from me. A big thank to everyone in the office for being amazing.

Shortly before the holidays, I had a horrible exposed nerve. The pain was truly unbearable. They saw me immediately, gave me antibiotics and a few options that fit my budget, as I don’t have insurance.Mistakenly , I took the conservative route and hoped that the antibiotics would fix it and I’d handle it after the busy holiday season.I called the next day and they had no appointments available for another six days. I accepted the appointment. Later that afternoon, I realized I could not bear the pain or wait any longer.I called them back and told them how horrible I felt. The doctor upon hearing what massive pain I was in, made an exception, and she and her assistant stayed late and took me as a last minute last appointment of the day. They certainly did not have to do that, I was a relatively new patient, they didn’t know and I’m sure they were hoping to go home on time.That exception for someone, who was a new patient made the world of difference for me, my family, and my holidays. Brooks dental is like no other dentist office or business for that matter. From the employees who work reception all the way up to the dentists each and every individual that works, there is kind, friendly, professional and genuinely good people. They also do excellent work! This, as most of you know, is a rarity these days.I will forever be grateful and forever be a patient here. Look no further than Brooks!!

I can’t say enough GOOD things about Brooks! This is my first review ever and i feel it was very necessary. From dental services to orthodontic services (i have had both) everything and everyone is awesome. I NEVER thought it possible to love your dentist but i do!!!
