I just had my first appointment with Dr. B and it was by far the best dental experience I've ever had from start to finish!Micah greeted me warmly when I walked in and because of the online check in, all I had to do was get comfortable and wait (for only 6 minutes) before Kay led me back to the dental chair for my x-rays which she obtained masterfully. We talked about my dental problems and anxiety surrounding dental work and she did a great job of reassuring me of Dr. B's skills and gentle approach.Dr. B more than lived up to the hype. She listened to my concerns and gave me several options without ever making me feel judged or pressured. I needed some preliminary debridement done before we could get into the real work and my out of pocket expense was provided in advance which was refreshing and very affordable. She told me not to suffer silently and to raise my hand if it started hurting or if I needed a break, but she was so swift and gentle that my hand stayed down and it was over in a flash!I finally found the perfect dentist and for the first time in my life, I'm excited to get my dental work done! I will highly recommend Dr. B and her fantastic team to everyone I know and am very grateful to them all!
