I would give them zero stars if I could. Every time I called to get my appointment and the care I need they don't know what they are doing. From not scheduling my appointment because I didn't have my insurance on hand, basically denying care when I can pay out of pocket. To then saying I wasn't enrolled or eligible for benefits until August even though I can see my benefits through my insurance portal. To saying that my insurance doesn't cover any work even though it clearly states that even out of network providers where still covered 50%. Very rude staff I can't even point to one specific worker because I have numerous encounters when they are rude.
