Despite other reviews, I found my experience to be pleasant. The front office staff were friendly, patient and very straightforward. The dentist assistants were kind and friendly, seemed to enjoy being there. The endodentist was thorough and explained different options for treatment.Overall, had a good experience from calling to make an appointment to walking out the door.

Horrible place!!! Don’t go there. I read a review from this same dentist saying she “got fired for her dentist” for complaining. Well, we didn’t get fired but we were asked to not come back because my MIL complained about a procedure that they did. The assistant was very rough and actually caused her to get an infection and then tried to blame it on the dentist. When she complained they lied and said the dentist did not want to see her anymore when in fact he told her to schedule an appointment to follow up on the infection. The manager was very rude and also lied. Because my mother in law complained and said that she didn’t want the same girl working on her mouth because she was very rough and caused her pain they accused her of harassing the staff. Obviously if you receive bad service you are not allowed to complain.

Excellent service! From front desk to the dentist they provided phenomenal and professional customer service. Affordable and trust worthy! Thank you so much for your services! I wish I had known of this place sooner so it would have saved me from bad past experiences with other dental services. I also plan on switching my daughter over to them I can't say enough of this place. Very understanding and also helped with my anxiety, I just want to say thank you!

This is a wonderful dental practice. The dentists do excellent work and all the staff members are professional, courteous, and excellent at what they do. I’m so happy to be a patient there. Five stars!

I actually love going to the dentist now no pain no nothing is so caring great company really probably the best dentist in the Coachella Valley I was afraid to go up first but after this first visit I would go in a heartbeat next time they fix my problems I had a root canal and the crown and it looks amazing thank you bright Now Dental you live by your motto.
