Let me preface this by saying the dentist, Dr. Dmitriy Lyubchenko, and all the dental staff here are top notch. My problem is with the office manager. My mother is in need of clear align braces. Our insurance company said to speak to the practice owner about making three cash payments in advance of the fitting. The office manager states there is no owner to speak to, there's an 'umbrella' of people instead, and refuses to give us any contact number or pass on our contact information. The office manager states that their policy is to only accept a one-time lump sum of the entire amount owed at the aligner fitting is performed. We need to talk to the owner, please.
