One of the better dentist I’ve seen in my entire existence! I saw the women dentist and she was amazing! I got a tooth pulled and I hate hearing it while it’s getting pulled well she did such a phenomenal job I didn’t hear anything!The receptionist was nice and explained everything about billing in a way people can understand, the lady who took my X-rays was very kind! This will be my new dentist! Tuesday I went in my 2 year old left his toy truck and when I went back in Thursday they had it up front and saved it for me! Great customer service!!

Dec 04, 2024 · Constance HibnerAll was good until i was told i had to get a "deep cleaning" of my teeth. They refused to do a normal, insurance covered cleaning. This was not covered by insurance so out of pocket cost. Not cheap. I feel it's my right to have a normal cleaning. I should have the choice. They themselves said my teeth were in good shape so why wont they do a regular cleaning? They were good to send my xrays and other exam info to me. I had another dentist review the xrays and info. He said no need to do deep cleaning. My take is this was their way to make money on Medicare patients. Not cool imho. Im seeking another dentist who is ok w doing insurance covered regular cleaning. A waste of their time and mine.
