Tabitha is such a delight….she takes the extra time & care to make sure that you can get in to see the doctor asap, especially in an urgent situation. The new doctor, (Rustimyer….spelling?) is absolutely amazing. He was very thorough and explained in detail what needed to be done.I was almost ready to switch dentists until yesterday. The previous “temporary” dentist had informed me there was nothing wrong with my tooth and was very dismissive to my concerns. He was totally wrong!!! I suffered with the pain & anxiety because I did not wish to see that doctor again! I purposely waited until he left .(Due to my autoimmune disease, Sjogren’s, I have a lot of problems with my teeth.)Fortunately, we now have a very good dentist. But I still miss Dr. Tanner whom I saw for 30 plus years.He was the best ever.Judi Bellamy

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly as a new patient, the dental hygienist was very sweet and did not make me feel embarrassed due to the condition of my teeth. However the dentist Dr. Ford was very rude, made me feel embarrassed over the condition of my teeth, did not spend any time with me to address my concerns, and was in general rude, arrogant, and did not make a good first impression. Again the office workers and the dental hygienist were lovely, however I will not going back to see Dr. Ford.

Dr Rustymeyer and Connie were excellent in getting my anterior bridge placed. They were very kind!Tabitha did a great job at the front desk!

Saw them in Feb 2024 and set up very important appointments the following week. Got called two days before the first of two appointments and was informed they no longer had a dentist and would reschedule me within a month. Three months go by with no returns to my many calls. Finally get a paper in the mail saying they were dropping me as a patient. Then, they have the audacity to call me a month or so ago (October/November 2024) to ask me to pay a $28 copay?Find any other dentist. Should have known better, the Bloomingdale area has its reputation for a reason. Thank God for *actual* dentists in the area being able to step up and do their job.
