Horrible experience here yesterday, Jan 6th.I'd give her minus five stars if I couldNew insurance, so had to find a new dentist.Had last one for 19 years. One before that for 22 years (he had died 🥺)I am LITERALLY -right now- sitting in a different dentist's office having a cavity filled! Jan 7th.I waited an entire day, to calm down and for a second opinion -to be fair- before posting this.She had demanded a full set of X-rays, before she'd fill it. I had told her our dentist was willing to email them over (they'd offered) as I would have liked to save on those costs.She wanted her own set.And I wasn't getting a filling without them.So they did that.Then she tried to upsell me, claiming I needed TONS of work, root canals, to see a specialist (a family member perhaps?), when I'd balked, she started in with 'pain & repercussions' doom and gloom if I didn't listen to her.(Fyi, I have regularly seen a dentist. Last ck up was four months ago with a clean bill of health)I reiterated to her that I was just there to replace a popped out filling.Then she REFUSED to even fill it! 😡I hopped out of that chair so fast, she hadn't even let it down yet.So she had lied to me to charge for X-rays. Then tried to bamboozle me for unnecessary work!What a flippen ripoff!Soooo, that charge for all those unnecessary X-rays is being disputed with my insurance as I type this out.Oh, and in these moments, and a pause here in writing this, my filling has now been done and I'm sitting in my car about to head home.Horrible, awful place! Be careful here!

My wife and I just had our 6 month cleaning and check up. The staff as usual, was professional, courteous and friendly. My daughter-in-law just went there yesterday for the first time, because she was unhappy with her dentist. If you are looking for a dentist, give Best Image Dental a try.

What a great staff! I felt very comfortable on my 1st visit, and felt my concerns were listened to and taken care of. I will return for my future Dental care.

I recently transferred my family of 7 to this dentist office. I am so happy to finally find an office that has excellent customer service. Excellent bedside manner by their doctors and was willing to spend the time with my younger children to make them feel comfortable enough to be able to get their fillings done. I thank you so much for being amazing. Keep up the good work.

My visit to Best Image Dental for teeth cleaning was great! Every person I encountered was so friendly. Jasmine (hope I heard her name correctly!) who did my X-rays and assisted Dr Asunción was so sweet and put me at ease. Dr Maria Asunción was very kind and was as gentle as possible. My daughter was also seen in the Santa Clarita office and had the same experience. I highly recommend Best Image Dental Santa Clarita!
