Doctor nearly drowned me, then kicked the van down the road to other doctors to clean up his sloppy root canal work. 3 months later and 4 different doctors and finally I can say this clinical here is the worst I’ve ever been to. Enjoy your time there, and I hope you make it through as a patient, and an employee of this practice. Absolutely unprofessional through and through. I hope they get it together and start listening to their patients and actually helping rather than soaking up insurance money.

I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor was very nice as well as the hygienist. I have no complaints. I recommend this dental office to others. It is old school but that’s what I was looking for. I don’t like high Tech dentist offices. I like the old school dentist offices because I feel it is more personal and comfortable for me. If you like high Tech, then this is not for you, but I do recommend it. They are very good.

I was unbelievably unhappy with this appointment. I was told the wrong time for my appointment and waited over an hour to be seen and at no point did anyone come up to clear the confusion. When I checked in they simply said I would be seen shortly. While the dental assistant that work with me was amazing, Dr. Ervin simply came into the room, looked in my mouth and said I had 5 cavities and needed a root canal. When I tried to ask him questions about that, he just walked out of the room. Very unprofessional and I do not trust him to do any work on me.

I've been going to this location for quite a few years now (5+). I must say the staff is exquisite, courteous & friendly. It's been about a dozen times― they have yet to upset or dissatisfy me, whatsoever.I'm very baffled as to why some of these people write obscure, and outlandish commentary. I've never waited more than twenty minutes (or so) in the waiting room which has practically the most comfortable couches ever.I believe that the doctor is superb, as are his staff members. They've even surprised me by allowing me to swing by last minute if there is a cancellation, which is appreciated. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend them― especially anyone seeking a higher level of care in the dental industry. 👍👍

We used to go best dental when we were living in Danbury.After moving to Avon, now we can compare Best dental better.i think I will drive an hour and come back to Best Dental .
