My whole family have patients for 20+ years.I would never go anywhere else. They have always been on the leading edge of technology and treatment With the best care. Besides that they are the nicest people, everybody there.

Kimmie does a great job on my cleanings! Dr. Chiang and the whole office are wonderful. I have been a patient for over 30 years and have always received excellent care!

[Update]Dr. Ryan called me as soon as he saw my review and apologized numerous times, then arranged a time slot for me to get my teeth cleaned personally by him. We also talked about the reminder text and they added another one for me 3 days prior to my appointments.He explained that they had a meeting to decide that 40 minutes is the minimum time they need to get the teeth cleaned, and that's why the receptionist was firm on that. I then had a better understanding of what happened, and I knew she was just doing her job and I don't think it could be handled better in that situation. She also apologized, but I didn't think she had to. I appreciate the time and effort they took to ensure customer satisfaction.- Atrocious policy -I received a phone call this morning at 9:12am and they said my appointment is at 9am. Then they told me to get there before 9:20 am, and they rejected me at 9:21 am when I got there due to traffic. There was nobody waiting in the lobby at all.. Instead of giving me a call at 9:05 am, she decided to call me later when it's almost impossible for me to make it with the traffic...The receptionist told me I confirmed it, but I didn't. To be honest, her tone was quite rude on the phone and she sounded very entitled.... I checked and found a random txt msg last night at 7 pm "reminding me" of an appointment.. I didn't confirm anything... They also tell you that you can't change appointments without a fee two days in advance, so I'm not sure what's the point of the text...The weird thing is, the appointment is at 11 am on my calendar for some reason ...I could ignore the issues of them overcharging for floride and waiting for an appointment, but they rejected me even though we drove right there after receiving the call It is ridiculous, not to mention most of the time my hygienist doesn't spend the whole time cleaning my teeth. I'm disappointed in them.
