Be Well Primary Health Care Center Introduce
Welcome to Be Well Primary Health Care Center, located at 3007 Farragut Rd in Brooklyn, NY. While categorized as a Dental Clinic, the name suggests it may offer a broader range of primary health care services in addition to dentistry.
Patient reviews offer significantly different perspectives on the experience at this center. One patient describes an "extremely disappointing experience" specifically with the dental office due to "excessively long wait times." Despite having an appointment, they reportedly waited for over 3 hours past their scheduled time before seeing a dentist. This reviewer criticizes the "lack of organization and disregard for patients' time" as unacceptable. They do acknowledge that the front desk staff seemed caring and sweet but strongly advise against visiting if timely service is valued, alleging that the clinic prioritizes money over quality by overbooking patients and sending them home when capacity is reached. This reviewer gives a rating of 0/10 and calls it the "worst place ever."
Another patient acknowledges that it is a "very busy clinic" due to its location and describes their experience as "ok." They state they have "never encountered any rudness from staff." However, this reviewer points out a need for improved cleanliness of the facilities, particularly in the gym and physical therapy area. This suggests that dental services may be just one component of a larger healthcare center with shared facilities.
Based on these reviews, Be Well Primary Health Care Center appears to have friendly front desk staff, but there are serious concerns raised about extremely long wait times and potential overbooking issues within the dental office. Additionally, there is a noted concern about the cleanliness of the broader facilities. Local users considering this location for dental services should be aware of the potential for significant delays and may want to inquire about typical wait times and the specific environment of the dental clinic when contacting them at (718) 253-9355 or via mobile phone at +1 718-253-9355. The contrasting feedback suggests a potentially inconsistent patient experience.

Nov 11, 2024 · Poker AddictI went to the dental department. I arrived 10 munites earlier, the waiting time was more than 1 hour , the male doctor who cleaned my teeth was so rude and bad It was a very bad experience. I will not recommend anyone to experience that.
