Today my appointment was at 9am but was called at 9:25. This is not the first time either. The front desk keep saying “we are just waiting for the doctor”. If we are late 15 minutes we get rescheduled but it is ok for them to be late. Not professional at all. My sister said they called her in late too, so this is not a one time thing. I’m sorry but if I get called late in my next appointment I will find another office.
