This is the best dentist around! They actually care and do a great job! I have a root canal and have gone in unannounced in extreme pain and they took great care of me! They treat you like family and will be my dentist for a long time to come.

Patricia is fantastic! Very patient and thorough. She explained everything clearly to ensure that I understood. Dr. Chang also explained everything and made my visit pleasant. I will definitely recommend. I had a very horrible experience at Smyrna Dental Office however Dr Chang and her team at Atlanta Family Dentistry was wonderful!

Today I missed my appointment and wanted to pay the $50 to reschedule. I was told I had to pay $150. I asked why I had to pay $150 especially when I paid $50 previously for no shows. Turns out there was a balance from 2022 and they never credited the late fees that were paid. I asked why there was no communication for almost 3 years about my account, no answer. They claimed they tried to call me and I had no calls from them. I got one phone call from them shortly after with no voicemail, email, nothing. By then I told them I would be looking for another dentist.UPDATED REVIEW IN RESPONSE:It is the fact that you did not read my review fully. I have paid your ridiculous fees and have not been credited, which means you just took my money. It is also telling how you are quick to respond online but are slow to reconcile with patients. I am glad that I did not continue coming here as there are DISTURBING photos on yelp of patients crying about their teeth after coming to this clinic. The lack of professionalism SAYS IT ALL. I will indeed FIND excellent care OPPOSITE of this place!
