I felt very comfortable throughout my root canal procedure yesterday. It was my 3rd successful one with DMD Rifaey at Associates In Endodontics so he scored a “hat trick” in my book. Rifaey and his assistant clearly explained everything during the procedure and I felt each was performed carefully and executed precisely. Absolutely no pain today!

Dr. Rifaey performed a root canal that was painless both during and after the procedure. I was probably a slightly more involved case because I had put this off for 2 years, because I tend to not do well with local anesthetic.I felt very comfortable and confident with him as soon as I met him. He and his team were friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure.I would not hesitate to recommend my family or friends to him, if they require such a procedure.

I have been putting off the dentist for so long and needed to get a tooth fix (root canal). I was so anxious about the procedure; however, Dr. Kabakoff and his assistant were amazing! From the beginning his assistant was gentle, explained everything, and put my mind at ease through the whole process - always asking if I was okay and very attentive to the whole process. She was extremely thorough even after the procedure!Most of the dentists and Endodontics I have been too have been rough around the edges causing me to have so much dental stress. Dr. Kabakoff was excellent! He took his time during the procedure, continually asked how I was doing, and made me feel comfortable through the process from start to finish.I will continue seeing Dr. Kabakoff and his assistant and will recommend my family and friends to him.

Dr. Burkard was extremely professional and performed an excellent root canal procedure in my tooth. He provided continuous feedback before, during, and after the procedure, which made me feel more relaxed and comfortable during the whole procedure. His assistant was also very professional and diligent the whole time. Before I left the office, I got clear and thorough orientations about how to protect my operated tooth during the following weeks, and how to deal with possible pain after the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised that I felt no pain at all, and didn’t have to take any pain killer.The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable for a moment, i.e. right after all the preparations, and the root canal procedure was about to start, is that his assistant asked me to sign a small billing document describing the main costs of the root canal and the 360 X ray services. It was really weird that I was asked to sign a billing document at that moment because I was wearing protective glasses, and not my actual glasses, also my mouth was wide open with some protective devices that were put in place in preparation for the procedure, so it was definitely not the best moment to sign a billing document, to say the least. So, I ended up signing the document in a very uncomfortable position, without having the ability to read it at all. My recommendation is that all billing documents should be presented for signing either before or after the surgical procedure, and not in the middle. It’s that simple.
