Dr. Stosich is a great Surgeon and took exceptional care of my teenage son when he removed his wisdom teeth. The follow up care was also exceptional. I have four other children who will go to Dr. Stosich when they need their wisdom teeth removed.

I am a bit disappointed in the billing and the general logistics of the office. They found a 5th wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted and we discussed such in the consultation. Upon hearing the estimated treatment cost I requested a written version. I found that the treatment plan did not include the 5th tooth. I called to have this corrected. When signing the final disclosures day of surgery the documents still stated 4 extractions not 5. I clarified once more. They do not bill certain items to insurance so at minimum there will be an $800 out of pocket cost if you choose the recommended procedures and pain killers. If it wasn’t for the receptionist with the butterfly tattoo I probably would not have scheduled surgery at this location after my consultation. She was kind and reassuring. The other front desk receptionist felt very curt and it didn’t feel like she wanted to be there, which frankly when you are nervous for surgery is the last thing you need. I understand customer service jobs are draining and taxing, but I would have appreciated a smile and warm welcome. I was disappointed I wasn’t welcomed in both times I visited the office and instead had to present myself at the front desk and wait for the receptionist to finish what she was doing and look up at me. The prescriptions were not sent off the pharmacy which left me without pain medication for the day post op. The Dr and the surgery staff ware AMAZING and the saving grace for my experience. They were very calming, happy, and willing to walk me through things. I did wish they warned me when they were giving me the sedative. It is concerning to start feeling extremely dizzy right before surgery when you don’t know why. Overall I can get over the nuances in replace for a successful surgery.

I have loved my experience at Aspire Surgical. Dr Stosich was so kind to get me in quickly and help me with a bacterial infection. They helped with a surgery needed asap and coordination with an infectious disease Dr and needing a picc line. It was stressful for sure!! The whole staff was so kind and patient. Mykah gave her number for after hours help. She was kind with some questions I had after hours. Vanessa was sweet and helped assist on follow up appts. I would highly recommend this surgical center and will be using them in the future without any worry about the outcome.
