I had a referral to get a root canal done here. Dr. Ray was incredibly friendly and informative while we discussed options regarding my case. I really appreciated the time he took to explain certain scenarios and possibilities and answer my questions so I could make an informed decision based on my unique circumstance. We ended up going through with the procedure and I'm so happy we did! The office is very clean and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Dr. Ray has amazing bedside manner and checked in to explain what he was doing, update me on the time left, and made sure I was comfortable periodically. The fun banter and light-hearted jokes between him and the assistant were incredibly genuine. One of the best experiences as a patient in my life. Highly recommend!

Dr Jarom J Ray, DDS is awesome! He did a root canal I needed. He took his time getting to know me and made me feel at home. He has a real gentle manner about him. I told him I wish he could be my dentist. I had no pain at all. I had a follow up with him too and he was just as wonderful. I would give him 10 stars if I could! His staff is really nice too.

My daughter got a root canal done here. And the staff and the doctor were fantastic. Doctor took the time to explain to my daughter the entire process of a root canal and what would be going on. It definitely put her at ease. The front desk staff are fantastic And super kind. This one star review is specifically for April in billing. I was issued a refund check in my daughters name and not my name, So I called and left a voicemail letting them know what happened. When I called to follow up, I was transferred to April in billing Who told Me to just take the check to The bank and have my daughter write her name on it then I can sign it and deposit it in my account. As someone who used to work in a financial institution, I know for a fact that most banks don’t Allow this anymore. Sure enough my bank happens to be that bank. I told her that my bank would not accept the check which then lead her to telling me that in order for her to re-issue me a new check I would have to either drop the check off or mail the check back in. Both of which are inconvenient for me, considering that I am always flying and barely home. I’m also someone that doesn’t like to inconvenience anyone in my family to do my work for me. When I asked her how the check was made payable to my daughter in the first place, She stated that 64 checks were mailed out that day and she didn’t have time to check to see who is the adult and who is the child, she just issues it out. Basically saying that she didn’t have time to double check to make sure that it should be going to the responsible party.The Conversation ended by her just telling me that she could not issue me another check until I Bring that check in.Her tone is what got me, as if me calling to inquire about the check was ruining her day. Um…you made the mistake. It’s not my fault. This phone call ruined my day and it’s 1pm here on the East Coast.-_-
