Called their hotline to schedule an appointment to have a tooth extracted that I was experiencing severe pain in. I had been awake for over 24 hours due to the pain. I went in and took xrays and said multiple times how I was needing to have the tooth extracted and not till the end of my appointment was I told they wouldn't be doing the extraction today, which was the only reason I had scheduled the appt and took off work. The dentist was nice enough to prescribe an anti-biotic but after 30 minutes my pharmacy had no record of the prescription, so had to call back. Again this whole time I am in intense pain and seems they were taking their time and getting my pain under control did not seem like a priority to them.

Incredibly empathetic caring people work here. They were patient with me as i worked through my own anxieties with dental care and were very understanding about the financial struggles most of us have. Finally back on track thanks to these wonderful humans. If you've been wronged by dentists before this is a good place to safely access informed dental care.

Wasted an hour of my time. Went in to see if they could reattach tooth that came out of my dentures. Was told they could do it. Had me fill out all the paper work and wait to be seen just to be told they wanted x rays first. Just looking to get more money out of me. Waited an hour. Ridiculous! Guess I know where I won't be going for my next set of dentures.

Clean,friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Most of all they changed my life, my confidence with dentures that look and feel real and fit perfectly! Absolutely exceeded my expectations and experience, Thank you!!!! Would recommend 100%

(tooth extraction) I don't know if it was the doctor I had or what but that was the most pain I have been in in my life and also had the doctor pointing out all the other bad teeth I had the whole time he was working on me(teeth that I am well aware of) so I felt like I was getting judged the whole I was getting worked on. He literally had me screaming, yelling, and brought to straight up crying my eyes out in pain! When they were done, I felt like they were pushing me out the door to had how distraught I was. It was so embarrassing walking out with my wife while crying my eyes out in pain. (37 year old father of 2) --update-- oh and the statement on their website "all under one roof" is total B.S.! I asked to be sedated and was told they would have to send me to an oral surgeon which they clearly say they can do everything in one place! That's the only reason I chose this place and got screwed and caused me pain and agony!***latest update***-- after I went in person to return the partial denture that did not fit, and was 100% ozed about my experience and what I went through. They requested a refund from HR plus got the loan canceled and took the dentures back; but it was only half of the refund and called the other half payment for their partial services. I could fight for more but I do not want to put my family through any more turmoil that I already have.
