Aspen Dental - Oklahoma City, OK Reviews
My experience was almost five stars but the receptionist was disconnected, seemed to not want to answer questions very low in energy, now it was early morning so, hey. But everyone else was amazing, professionals who seemed to want to be there.Doctor G. Was genuine and kind, did an amazing job, kept checking on me to make sure I was doing well. He was professional all the way through. Nice looking, smelled good and of course has a nice smile. I definitely plan to get all my dental work done there & Yes! I highly recommend Mr G🙏🏾💜 .Mrs T.B
Dec 06, 2024 · MrsFree ThinkerPlease save yourself the pain and trauma and do not come here! I came here due to one of my wisdom teeth coming in with a giant hole in it. They immediately scheduled me to get all four teeth extracted. I wasn’t against this since I knew they needed to come out anyways, however they did not explain any of the risks, healing time or anything until I was literally sitting in the chair for the operation. They DO NOT PUT YOU TO SLEEP, they only have you take diazepam and numb you. As soon as the operation started when the surgeon began pulling my wisdom teeth I was in sharp pain. I kept raising my hand over and over but I was ignored! The assistant just kept patting my shoulder telling me “you’re okay, it’s fine” when it wasn’t fine! I was uncontrollably shaking because my body was going into shock from experiencing so much pain and trauma! I was crying in the chair asking them to stop because it was hurting so much. When the traumatic experience was finally over the surgeon just left, he didn’t bother to come out and talk to my husband to explain to him about how any of it went, the assistant came out and gave him a brief run down on how to “care for me”. They didn’t bother to give me the syringe to irrigate my sockets either. And after BEGGING the surgeon not to prescribe me a pain killer that would interact with my current medication he still did. So I had to SUFFER in IMMENSE pain on just Tylenol and ibuprofen. They do not set up a post op check up or anything, they just rip your teeth out and send you on your way. It’s now been two weeks post op and I still CANNOT feel part of my lower lip/chin due to nerve damage. I will be seeking treatment from a neurologist now because of this awful place. Also they literally NEVER answer their phones, you will never ever be able to get through to talk to anybody in their office. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Unless you want trauma and a new found fear of dentists DO NOT COME HERE, I wish I would’ve done more research and looked into more places instead of settling on this terrible establishment. Shame on you people for doing this to patients.
Dec 10, 2024 · Kaonashi 23I do not want to share the details of my visit to Aspen Dental but wanted to share I was referred to a specialist. I was given a phone number and told to schedule an appointment because Aspen Dental could not help me. When i called, the specialist reported all insurances were out of network, everything had to be paid upfront, and the first consultation was $400.00. I was in the parking lot crying because i could not afford this, but according to Dental Aspen, if I didnt see this specialist, i would not be able to order and wear new dentures. I went back into the office for help. The office manager stepped out. She was supposed to call me. She never did. I finally found someone on my own. I saw the specialist. He reported i did not have the problem Aspen Dental said i had but he found suspicious spots on the bottom of my mouth that i am getting a second opinion of. Aspen Dental said there were no lesions or concerns with my mouth. This specialist is working with me to get a new pair of dentures made to wear. I would not recommend Aspen Dental, especially for examinations. The Aspen Dental dentist may have let me leave with cancer sores in my mouth. Very unhappy with my visit!
Nov 04, 2024 · Kim KruseWhat an amazing dental office! Took my mom in for a tooth that had fallen out of her denture and they had it replaced within an hour! The staff was so kind, compassionate and professional! The dentist was amazing and staff was top notch!!
Dec 05, 2024 · J FrenchDo not recommend. Front desk and hygienist staff was helpful! Calling the 833 number, this staff member did not listen and incorrectly entered my information, even after I spelt my name for her. I came in for a broken tooth that needs a root canal. It took 30 minutes for me to be seen by the dentist after my appointment time which I understood since they seemed busy. However, upon examining my chipped tooth, he asked if it was rice or Thai in my tooth when it fact it was my tooth and he chipped it more. And then offered more expensive services such as an implant.
Nov 19, 2024 · Kala MolnarI love my visit! All of the staff are professional and knowledgeable. The Hygienist Angel was very gentle and helpful. Her touch for my deep cleaning was very nice. She walk d me through every step. I appreciate the Dentist who did a thorough job of explaining my treatment. Then the treatment coordinator followed up with ways how I could plan out my treatments financially.I recommend Aspen Dental!
Jan 06, 2025 · Carolyn WebsterEasy to find, but can be hard to pull in and park. Parking lot is too close together with 3 businesses. Easy to work with, with all of the office people and the main Dentist. They are all business, get in, get it done, and leave. But, the front desk is also nice and you understand what is needed at the time of your visit.
Apr 08, 2025 · Ted MusgroveI was so nervous walking into the office. I've been in incredible pain for a week now. They made me feel so comfortable. Each person I dealt with was so kind and explained everything I needed to know perfectly. Within an hour I had gotten my X-ray, exam, care plan created and financed for treatment. I look forward to my appointment tomorrow because I trust and believe I'll be in good hands! 10/10 would recommend 💛
Jan 06, 2025 · Kaylyn YoungThe other day I showed up for my appointment at Aspen Dental just a little early to complete paperwork. The receptionist was welcoming and verified my address then she followed this up with what is my preferred pharmacy?I completed the dental and health questionnaire which was all done on a iPad.It was not long when I was called for X-rays.The Dentist based off my X-rays confirmed me getting replacement dentures, 1 tooth extraction and bottom partial. I agreed.Impressions were taken and I spoke with the coordinator about payment and next visit.I happened to mention I was leaving soon for a new job in another state. She took this information into consideration and scheduled my extraction for that day to help ensure I would have my new dentures and partial before leaving for new job. They were so organized and professional this wa an amazing visit. Additionally, since I have no dental insurance I can afford the services offered. Thanks staff at Aspen Dental.Ms. Jackie
