I've been going to Aspen for a few years now. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Been struggling financially and just had to have my wisdom teeth pulled. They work with you financially to help you get done whatever you need with low monthly payments.

I showed up in 9.5 pain.They took X-rays and dentist said the tooth cannot be saved and must be extracted.I, sadly, said okay, because the pain was out of control. Plus, the dentist said there is no option.However, the dentist there cannot do an extraction and I need to see their oral surgeon, but she didn’t know when that would be.I asked,“Will it be today? Tomorrow? This week? This month? This year?”She said she did not know.I left and went to my former dentist (he is super expensive, but he’s wonderful) and he said the tooth can definitely be saved, performed a root canal, and assisted with pain management.I suppose Aspen does mostly dentures, and that may be their MO.Extracting natural teeth, that can be restored, makes that patient one-tooth closer to needing dentures.Thank G-d I had the sense to leave!They would have extracted a tooth that was restored the following day

Avoid at all costs. These people keep canceling my appointment last minute. I work in education, I cant take the day off randomly. I get things happen, but this is the second time where after I request the time off and make adjustments to my schedule I am being cancelled on by Aspen. I made the appointment with their office directly a few weeks ago when I had to cancel due to car issues. Now they are telling me the hygienist doesn't come in until 9, so they need to move my appt (8am appointment) maybe y'all should look at your teams schedules before making customer appts. In all fairness I had to cancel on them a few times too, had some car troubles and some health issues, couldn't spare the money, yet I still managed to give them more notice than they did me.

Service was done back in June. I didn't have my insurance information and was told I could call back and provide the information to be put on for my bill. I gave my insurance information etc, it is now March and I'm receiving a bill which does NOT show my Insurance was applied. I wasn't going to keep calling so why would I think a bill would show 8 months later. I presumed my information was entered. Called the number of the bill provided which states open until 8 pm and the number keeps disconnecting me. And yes looked over my Insurance app and see nothing from Aspen. It's before 8 pm at time of posting. Not too happy!

LeeAnn Baranyar. I got a new set of dentures yesterday. This is my third seti2 years. First 2 are from different dentist. I can’t say enough good things about everyone in the Meriden office. I finally have great fitting dentures. Amazing dentist. Amazing staff
