When I entered everything was nice a pleasant. The young lady was very kind and did here job.When I entered the x-ray area it was still nice.When I got to the exam area. That where everything went wrong, once the doctor entered the room. She told me what need to be done.I ask her a question! Could I get a temporary replacement the same day. She said let her go ask the technician. She never came back to the room. She left me with a lot of unanswered questions. I had to get up after 10 minutes of waiting to see what's going on. They told me that they will be letting me talk to the financial department. Trying to find out the plan for my teeth talking to the finance department. She was running back in forth asking the doctor my question. The doctor never made a appearance to make sure I understood anything. It was a horrible experience with the doctor. I was a walk in. I was there for 3+ hours just to get treated unprofessional by the FEMALE DENTIST.At the end of the day just like I walked, I walked out.

Today was my 1st visit there and I was highly impressed. This office hands down was the best experience I've ever had at any dental office ever. Very professional and covers everything about your dental health that is imaginable. Keep up the great work!
