First time calling this office and had a WONDERFUL experience before any services when speaking with Marcia. I have never called a dental office and felt so welcomed to set a new appointment or discuss insurance like today. I’m no fan of the dentist and haven’t had the best of experiences so coming from me you can rest assured it’s true. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. The staff I encountered explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was prepared for the next step. I didn’t feel like just another dollar or you’re too old to be nervous. They gave me all the information I needed and performed a procedure same day. All in all I’d recommend them to everyone! They have a new patient in me.
