This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office in my entire life. I went in for a free consultation knowing I needed my teeth pulled and dentures. I had already been to 3 other dentist prior to Aspen. When I arrived they took me back for X-rays. I told them I could have my dentist send my X-rays to them because I had just been to my dentist and I didn’t want to pay for more X-rays. They assured me the X-rays would be free so I let them proceed. I have early stage Parkinson’s so as you can imagine it’s not fun for me or the tech to get the X-rays. Well after several feld attempts and her getting annoyed she gave up. Then she took me back to the room. The dentist came in and told me what she could do and was in and out in 5 minutes. The entire atmosphere was very unfriendly. So then they take me to the room to discuss prices and tell me it would cost 10 thousand dollars for basic dentures. Little pricey if you ask me. So I left and then a month later I received a bill of $198 for you guessed it X-rays thru said I didn’t have to pay for. I would not take my dog to Aspen. Worst experience ever!

This is the worst dental office I have ever been too. They don't know how to bill insurance left me with a big bill. Now I can't be seen because of the bill. They suck at making dentures . I have been in numerous times to have them fixed because they are too big and I can't wear them. I hated to even give one star. They won't work with you at all. Worst service I have seen from professional people. They act like they are better than you if you don't have the best insurance.thanks but no thanks. You have left me in pain

Good dentist but overcharged and got 3 different answers on the timeline for a $280 billing error due to "waiting for insurance to pay" then its "waiting for replies for corporate".Wouldn't recommend paying until you can view your full bill, which is considerably difficult when your in an immense amount of pain.Was intending to schedule for both of my children, but I don't want to be out more money on billing errors for possible months at a time.

They did my X rays and exams and within a few hours I had my much needed removal scheduled and a payment to help me be able to afford it! I was literally crying with excitement!
