They got two because of the young lady who took my x-rays was very nice and professional, other wise it be a 1. I called the day before after hours and got their exchange who made the appointment for the location I wanted. I was given a 7:00am appointment when they didn't open until 7:30 mind you I'm in severe pain. Although I wasn't turned away there was confusion on the face of person who greeted me. Went though the steps of signing in,insurance card, ID filling out history etc, and within 15mins was called to the back. I explain to the tech why I was there, she took the x-rays move to the next room. While waiting I got a text from Aspen saying they were going to have to reschedule my appointment, huh!!! I ignored it. The tech returned and discusses what was the steps, my medicine is wearing off had to get water to take one of the two doses I had left. At this point it's almost 8:30am 10min later the lady who greeted me earlier told me that my insurance was not accepted and they would have to have cash upfront for my services which was $29 for visit plus $200 for extraction plus. I immediately got up from dentist chair explaining I didn't have $200+ for services and would have find other options since I was in pain and had been off and on for over a week. That was 2 hours wasted when I could been somewhere I may have been helped.

The team at Aspen Dental has been wonderful! They took care of me by first calming my fears and then guiding me through the implant and crown process. The results are amazing and I am so grateful to everyone in the office from front desk to the doctor 😍 thank you Bridgeton Aspen Dental team

I was really nervous, haven’t had a seem less visit to a Dentist before. So I was a bit worked up. Jasmine has been amazing both visits, she was both knowledgeable and kind. She’s the reason I’m a Delta Dental member and will be intentional with my oral care. Kila came to get me from lobby and prepped me. She also was very informing and kind. She did an awesome job prepping me for the Dr. My Dentist came in confident, happy and kind. I didn’t even feel the shots!!!! Did you hear me?!? He is masterful! Like he should teach classes!!! Great job TEAM

The staff is great up until you get to the “doctor”. Everyone make you feel welcome and not bad about yourself. This is where it gets bad. He didn’t tell me his name just said how’s it going. Barely acknowledged me other than to berate me on my teeth issue. Which I know is bad but I don’t come to the dentist to be made fun of essentially. He had no concerns for the dental work that I needed done at the time. Just what was going to be most cost effective for them. The doctor asked me the last time I had been to a dentist and proceeded to breathe them as if they did nothing when I went. ( I lost my previous insurance so I wasn’t able to continue treatment.) Regardless the experience was terrible just based off of the doctor. He didn’t give me his name short about 5’3 short hair clean cut beard. I will not be back based on how he handles patients

It was a great experience all around.Going to the dentist is never fun but Aspen dental made my experience as good as it could get so I’m extremely happy with the service I received.
