We are new to the area and was referred to Aspen by a coworker. Heidi was amazing to help us sort through some insurance and scheduling needs. Dr. Hatch was hands down the most compassionate dentist we have ever seen and incredibly patient with my 3 kids, one who has a huge fear of dental care. My kids left smiling! Excellent choice for families!

Aspen Dental is great! They are always so very kind and welcoming from the minute I walk in the door. Heidi at the front desk is amazing and always welcomes me with a smile and so did the assistants. Dr Hatch explained everything in plain english and gave time to answer all my questions. He didn’t rush me or get upset when I asked for clarification. Would highly recommend going here for your dental needs.

I called to get some information regarding a couple areas I’m having issues with.I spoke to Heidi and explained that I was embarrassed to have let my teeth take the back burner while I was dealing with family issues.She was absolutely the kindest most nonjudgmental person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with.She put my mind at ease and reassured me that whatever the cost, we could work out a payment plan that would not be too burdensome, but still get the care from the best Dental office in Idaho Falls.Having Heidi working in your office is truly a win win!She is honestly the best clerical person to have in your office .It was a joy!
