Dr Tai is definitely a master of his craft. His efficiency and skill are extraordinary. I went in for my first root canal so I was a bit apprehensive and worried. He explained everything to me and that made me feel much better. I mentioned to him that I have claustrophobia and he was very accommodating with my request about not wanting a block in my mouth. Having too many things in my mouth at once makes me feel very uncomfortable. I had a difficult case, having a molar with 4 roots, but he surely made it seem like it was just another day. His assistant Emily was also very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone including the people at the front desk were great. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Dr Tai and Emily! I really appreciate you guys

Came into Apex Endodontics for the first time by a referral for a root canal on my back row tooth. I’ve gotten one before at my previous dentist and I was not looking forward to it as it took over 3 hours and a scheduled follow up. However, this visit left me almost speechless at how great it went. Not only were the dental hygienist and assistant really kind and funny (and Spanish friendly too!), Dr. Tai himself was an incredibly funny and skilled man who finished my actual root canal in just 20 minutes !! (1 hour for the entire procedure from start to end). They all made sure to provide plenty of anesthesia and tested that I was properly numb before starting which I really appreciated as it made the procedure practically painless. The comparison from my last root canal to this one is so drastic that I never could’ve imagine a root canal to be so easy here. I’m extremely satisfied and would for sure come back myself if needed in the future.
