The folks that work here are nice and do good work. The billing is messed up. Have Delta dental PPO, and front desk says 3 cleanings a year. I scheduled 3 yet get billed for 1 because the doctor examined me 3 times in a year. I say I don't need him to examine 3x just give me a cleaning with 2x examine (what insurance covers). No can do, every cleaning comes with a doctor examine. This is contrary to what front desk tells me when I scheduled the cleanings. Seems like they want to just bill bill bill.Cherish that extra $37 dollars you got out of your patient, I'll take my business elsewhere.Be warned, this dental practice will tell you you're covered (after validating insurance) only to add extra services.
