I am writing to you to express my OUTRAGE on how my terminally ill daughter was treated today by your office staff. The other day she passed out and fell and broke her tooth. She called and got the first available appointment, today 3:45. Unfortunately, with her condition getting somewhere on time sometimes is impossible. She called when she knew she'd be 15 minutes late. She was then lectured by your staff on her poor record. My daughter dissolved in tears and tried to explain but your staff continued to berate her. I can't tell you as a dad how angry this made me. I strongly suggest that you retrain your staff on compassionate treatment of patients and if she cannot muster that much humanity ask her to find another field. You lost one patient today and I'm sure that the community will be unhappy with this as well.

Amazing! Excellent experience; everyone in the office it’s very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and they took great care to insure I was well.Dr.Lucian Vatafu is extremely experienced and knowledgeable dentist, very kind, friendly and helpful. His work is excellent !! I had a very nice experience with the dental hygienist as well,. She was thoughtful in the way that she explains and answers my questions. Her cleaning was detailed and thorough. Thank you very much Dr. Lucian Vatafu and your staff!! I highly recommend the Amerodental team!

Treated my friends wife who has terminal cancer like complete garbage for being 15 minutes late. Shame on the staff for being complete jerks and making her cry....

Dr. Vatafu and all of his staff have been welcoming from the start with our entire family. My husband and step daughter have been patients for 10 years and myself and two sons 3 years. Coming to a new dentist was a big deal for us because we had been through the horror stories of a dental chain mistake. Not only did he put us all at ease but the entire staff made us feel welcomed and informed. It was far from a few normal visits thru the years to recover from our previous encounters but I wouldn't trade it for anything. The staff is courteous, polite, considerate and communicative. They worked with us thru insurance changes and always made us feel part of the plan. You just have to call and experience as positive a dental visit as we have had the opportunity of recieving each visit. Thank you all Dr. V & Staff👍

I always walk by there & decided to stop in & set up an appointment. They were very welcoming & got me an appointment fast. I needed a lot of work done & they came up with multiple treatment plans to go accordingly with however much my budget was. The doctors work was fantastic and I love everybody’s energy there! So glad I found this place
