DO NOT PAY AHEAD. They will do what they want with your money. I paid for a cleaning ahead of time and they canceled the appointment and then charged ME for a failed appointment fee, with the money I put for the service I never received there, they never communicated that because they know I would have said YOU canceled the appointment. When I was initially going to reschedule, they didn't have appointments until another month so because I said I'd like a refund to finish the work somewhere else, they decided to do some shady things and put me on a "list" for a refund. Took 2 weeks. Inappropriate, unprofessional, and fraudulent.Update to respond to their response: I have reached out to your billing Department directly and they have done nothing to rectify the situation and stopped responding and it's impossible to officially file a complaint because no one seems to have a corporate number. If you're in the Orland area, please go to Orland Dental, they're truly how a dental office should run both professional with clients and reasonable in their prices.
