Been a patient here for many years. Left briefly due to insurance changes. After coming back, Ive appreciated the patient focus, never felt like I was being pushed to treatments I didn't need. For example, about dentist told me I had 4 cavities that needed filling. Went back to alliance and they found no issues and 4 years later, that appears to have been true.

I don't usually write public reviews but I tried talking to the people at front desk with no luck. I have been a patient at alliance dentistry for 10+ years but this visit was my worst experience ever. I acknowledge I was a few minutes (about 5 minutes) late for my appointment and I apologized 3 times but I got no/cold treatment from the hygienist. She was a replacement for a hygienist who is now retired. Before starting the cleaning I had questions about my treatment plan and previous charges and she just brushed it by saying we have very little time left for cleaning so we can discuss this later. During cleaning she was spraying water all over my face and I was trying to wipe it and she said its ok we will clean it later! So I am supposed to sit there with my wet face. None of the hygienist before this has done anything like that!After the cleaning session I again raised the topic of my treatment plan and charges at the front desk and the admin there was not ready to help at all. She thought I am trying to avoid paying the previous charges. I told her I will pay now (showing her my card) but I need to talk about future plan and appointments. The admin went back to the hygienist and after a while came back and said they will call you back to discuss and only then I will give you the next appointment. I am still waiting for that call!I have recommended this dentistry to a lot of people but now I am thinking of changing my dentist.

I had a crown put on one of my teeth recently. I had two appointments, everything went smoothly both times with excellent care from the dental assistant and Dr Maureene. I have been going to the practice ever since they opened and highly recommend them.
