I called them on my drive in the pouring rain to let them know I’d be running 5 minutes late due to the weather. They precede to tell me my appointment was canceled and they tried to call me the day before. I look at my call log, and they called me while at work, however they didn’t leave a voicemail, nor did they try to call again later that day, or the morning of my appointment. Therefore, I figured it was a confirmation call. I get a confirmation text later and confirm my appointment through text, but then they tell me as I’m 10 minutes away my appointment is cancelled and they “tried to let me know.” Absolutely ridiculous, as I take time off of work for these appointments. It’s as if they just decided I’d figure out my appointment was cancelled when I arrived. TMJ is something I struggle with and need specialized care for, but they clearly do not care about me as a patient, therefore I will be finding a different office. Only giving them 2 stars because their appliances have helped me, but it’s not worth the horrible communication and blatant disorganization."
