I’m amazed by how Much the staff care about Their clients. I Fell and injured a tooth,All I could think of is just go to the dentist.I walked in & they helped me. I broke a tooth in half & i was in severe pain, it was hitting the nerve. The staff immediately got me in and helped me. What a Wonderful blessing.The Dentist and staff are also very kind.I recommend them to everyone.

0 stars, that's what they really deserve. I was treated horribly today. My husband made the appointment for me because my implant was loose. I got there and the dentist seemed completely aggravated asking me what type of implant it was. I tried to explain myself but she was just babbling away that there is nothing she could do if she didn't know the type. She wanted to call my old dentist and came back aggressively commenting that she couldn't reach him because he closed at 3:30pm "that's amazing to me" was her response with sarcastic undertone. I was told I should get my implant fixed at my own dentist. What on earth did I do to you to deserve this kind of treatment?! This was only my second visit. I don't want to come back and I'm certainly not recommending you to anyone.

My partner had an appointment booked MONTHS out. He was called to confirm it, missed the call, but called the same number back and confirmed with a male staff member. I was seen back in August and when I was checking out, I also interacted with a male staff member working at the front. When my partner went in for his appointment today, he was told there is no male that works there and the appointment wasn’t confirmed so it was given away. Mind you he DID confirm and there IS a man who works there. Weird to lie to someone’s face and take no responsibility or say sorry for this error. It was all put on my partner that they failed to communicate within their own office.
