Horrible receptionist. Can't even smile at a dentist office or any type of manners? I got a wisdom tooth removed in May, suffered a severe dental infection a month later. I called Alan Nguyen and he told me to come in immediately to get it checked. He said it was nothing and that his xrays didn't see anything so he prescribed me antibiotics. Fast forward to today December 2024, the abscess is back and I have pain from ear to neck from the infection that he apparently couldn't find. This office is an EMBARRASSMENT to the dental field and dangerous to public health obviously.
