Every one here was very very friendly and just a wonderful experience. Kind smiling faces from beginning to end.I have to edit and take away a star. I went in the first time no problem the second time no problem but they did nothing and now I still haven't gotten a call back to start my process. I need an extraction and I've been waiting for months to just get that started. They are friendly.Update... so nobody answers the phone. I haven't heard from these people and I justwant to be seen. They are nice sure, but can someone please call me back.

I had my treatment almost 2 yrs ago for serious health reasons, I was 25 lbs under weight complicated by missing teeth.I bought a ultimate full upper and ultimate flex lower, at the time it was almost $5000 out of pocket.Yes, every one is nice, however my experience has been terrible.My partial has not fit properly from the first time they attempted to place it. I said ouch, adid the tech immediately made an adjustment, it has never fit regardless of number of adjustments. It feels like a retainer or cuts open the under side of my tongue.The ultimate upper looks nothing like my real teeth fits like a seesaw. When I called for an adjustment I was told for the first time that a softliner could not be used, which is the whole reason I finally decided to go ahead with the whole procedure as my weight is unpredictable. I spoke about being thankful that when I was healed my weight wouldn't matter because I could afford a $75 softliner every few months if necessary. Not once did any tech or Dr. inform me that it wasn't going to be able to be done.Again everyone is very nice, I am emotional basket case when I come in because I feel like I was not given the information before.

Everyone was super friendly! I appreciated Brookes and Barbies compassion and attitudes! They make you feel like you made a friend! And Dr. Suffee was friendly and professional and explained everything very well to me. Great place!!
