I came in for a simple cleaning and the dentist looked in my mouth for what was less than one minute. Then proceeded to get up and leave without saying anything. I was sitting for about fifteen minutes waiting for him to come back and he never did until the dental assistant informed me I was done and could leave. I asked if I was getting a cleaning because I was charged a couple hundred dollars and I was expecting one, she told me everything was done and I needed to leave. I went up to the dentist and asked him why he didn’t give me a cleaning and he looked me up and down and told me that he cleaned my mouth and to go to a different dentist next time. I was caught so off guard the disrespect and condescending tone was insane to me. I was simply asking him about a service I paid for and did not receive and he was kicking me out of the office talking down to me. The “cleaning” lasted a total of 30 seconds if even that. Do not go here it’s a waste of time and money and dignity." This review raises serious concerns about the quality of service and the respectful treatment of patients.
