Good dental cleaning , but otherwise a rude dentist , and the staff likes to upsell items you don’t want . The front desk asks that you prepay before having the work done ,and that action does make me feel welcome , it makes me feel like just another person that walks through the door giving money away . I paid for an examination and the amount of X-ray pictures of my mouth that the staff had to re shoot left my mouth raw and bleeding , I feel like they took 30 pictures and were having a hard time taking the pictures , so the kept retaking x-ray scans and having other staff members enter the room to retake the x-rays . The whole examination did feel very professional . But the teeth cleaning during a different appointment was done very well .

Don't expect to get a cleaning on your 1st appt. Weirdest rudest dentist office I've ever seen... Front desk staff just stared at me instead of greeted me to let me know they are ready to talk to me. Patient privacy usually means don't go up to the desk until called. So awkward to be stared for a long time from the moment I walked in the door. Then I find out when I go to the back that they can't do a cleaning at my first appointment... they only do that a followup appointment, which they have to schedule. I moved so had to go to a different dentists office and now I'll have to get more x-rays done just three months apart because of this nonsense office. Yay more unnecessary radiation to my head! Exactly what I wanted! They could have told me in advance that they can't do a cleaning that day and I would have just waited to see my new dentist, who does do cleanings on the first appointment. The dentist ignored a dental problem that other dentists have confirmed is something that needs treatment. They are impossible to get a hold of by phone too. This place is so poorly run, it's sad.
