Very horrible experience today. Both my daughters had an appointment today. Their appointment was at 830 I arrived around 8:20. I went to check in & the receptionist said they didn't have an appointment. I explained that someone called earlier in the week to confirm an appointment for one child & I canceled that one & scheduled a new one for both girls for today. I explained that I also received a text reminder of their appointment. The receptionist stated that the text are automatic & that the staff has nothing to do w/the text. She also stated that I have to speak w/a live person to confirm. I then stated AGAIN that I spoke w/someone earlier in the week about the appointment & I also received a text reminder of the appointment. Now if I hadn't spoken to anyone about the appointment how did I receive a text reminder? The person I spoke w/on the phone noted the account "Spoke w/mom & mom canceled the appointment due to work." The receptionist then answered the phone during our conversation. I politely gathered my girls & left. A waste of my morning & theirs because they could have been at school. I found a new dentist for them w/in an hour. At 7:49pm my husband received a text apology & a request to reschedule the appointment.

The staff here was very kind and sweet. Not only to my child, but me as well. Today was my child’s forest dentist visit and even when she started to get a bit scared they were patient and helpful during the process. Overall, I had a quick and lovely first experience with Advantage Dental and their staff!

Very unprofessional. They called to confirm appointment plus I sent a text confirming the day before his appt so the next day they call a secondary contact number on file to say the appt been cancelled due to weather. I called back they said no one called to cancel but it had actually been cancelled when she checked the system and she had to put my appointment back. I get there wait for 2 hours only to tell me they ONLY cleaned his teeth when I made an appt to get a chipped tooth fixed. Than tell me ill have to come back to get that done because they didnt have time to fix his tooth. Completely out of order and not professional. Would not recommend but if you want them to lie to cancel your appointment and wait 2 hours than go ahead.
