Advantage Dental has consistently been an amazing clinic for me over the past few years. The staff has been kind, professional and concerned with my comfort. I have never been unsatisfied in any way. I would recommend the Sunnyside Advantage Dental clinic.

The one star reviews are 100% true!!!! I have been hung up on twice. Appointments cancelled as we are in the waiting room waiting to been seen. The lady I was talking to refused to give me her name. I’ve called everyday. Even left a voicemail everyday as they say to do to get my son’s appointment rescheduled and I get nothing back. When I finally do talk to someone they are extremely rude and condescending. We are now 3 months pass cleaning and have had to push braces back months. The most unfortunate thing about this situation is that my son’s braces are not just for looks but for medical purposes which this place knows and they don’t care or put their Patient first. They do not call you back and if they do they treat you like you are bugging them. I asked to talk to a manger and then was hung up on again. I’ll be going into the office today to hopefully get some help getting my son’s appointment scheduled. If you can go somewhere else I would.Update I went in. The manger was rude right away. Made me wait 15 mins due to a deadline she had to get completed. I eventually matched her Energy as she told her employees not to help me. It unfortunately got to the point where she Asked me to leave. I did say a mean comment and instantly apologized because no one deserves to be treated badly no matter how they are treating you. This is a dentist office not a place for someone to have a power trip. This was also recorded by a patient in the waiting room who was also Disturbed by the way the manager was acting. As a manger I hope someone reads this. But that probably won’t happen because no one responds to the bad reviews. I understand people have off days but to have this many off days in a row and this many bad reviews… Yikes I hope you have a better day moving forward.Thank you for the worst experience and a learning lesson. I would strongly suggest not going through this Dental agency, as we have officially switched after being treated the way we have and them not taking care of their patient.
