The most horrible dentist in the world. He ripped me off many years ago after I over paid him. He failed to pay me back. So I called his office trying to find out when I will get my money. It was an over payment of approx $90 dollars. He kept dodging me . I mean really you can't pay a patient back. Then I had a dental emergency. So I tried to make an appointment. They did not have the courtsey to tell me that Dr. Lens no longer wanted me as a patient any more because he can't pay me back. I thought he was the best dentist in the world until he stole" from me.Then he claimed he needed it to pay a part that my insurance did not. I was paying cash so it wasn't going to go through my insurance. I owed him nothing. I overpaid him by a cavity.I would not trust a dentist who is a thief. Then lies about needing the money to pay the insurance. How many other patients has he ripped off with supposedly owing due to insurance didn't cover everything? He bold face lied. Doctors take an Oath. Maybe dentists dont have to take the Oath.The front desk girl had figured out my entire bill because I had a lot of dental work that needed to done. We were not going through insurance. I paid for 1 cavity too many. It was $90.00 a cavity. So Dr. Robert Lens you still owe me $ 90 dollars you lying thief.DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! He might possibly steal from you too.Well Dr. Lens you screwed the pooch because I need more than $10,000 worth of dental done and I am sure not going to a thief like you!!! If I was still his patient I'd be going over my bill and insurance to make sure he's not ripping you off too.I am posting this due to its the 100% truth of what he did and how he treats a patient he owes money too.

Dr. Lens was wonderful!!! Super friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my treatment to me in great detail. I did not feel rushed, like I have in other past dental offices. His staff was great too. I highly recommend Dr. Lens!!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Lens for about 2 years now. The work being done is excellent and everyone is very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to someone.

Lisa does an excellent job of cleaning your teeth and gives you great advice on maintaining them & Dr. Lens is an excellent dentist. What more could you ask for.

My family and I are new to the area called multiple times and always get the answering machine. Left messages with name and number and not once have they called me back. I will just keep looking to establish my family with a dentist in my area. Terrible business practice. !!!
