I wanted to wait until I had a few things completed before I made a review. I have had a few appointments now here and I really love this place. The staff is so friendly and kind and just overall accommodating. They are fantastic with scheduling and usually can get you in fast. Excited to continue my treatment plan with them and I’m confident in the work they are doing. I suffer extreme anxiety with dentist and they treat me so nice here. I finally feel like I found a great dentist. Dr. Carley and Genius I’m particularly fond of.❤️

Best recommendation I've received was to switch to Dr. Carley for dental treatment.Dr. Carley and staff are a great team! So glad I made the change. I've been receiving much better care and guidance since I've changed my services a year ago. Dr. Carley is thorough and discusses everything she is doing with me. I had a great experience today at Advanced Dental in Middletown. Everyone in the office was so helpful/cheerful & my cleaning with Megan was very gentle & thorough. I completely trust in Dr Emily’s knowledge & feel very comfortable with my future care. (And a big thank you to Melissa for making the calls to confirm my insurance coverage.)

I called the Middletown location for an appointment for a consultation as a new patient a few days ago. I had to go through their automated voice assistant to do so, which wasn't difficult. I took the first available, which was the next day. :) But when I arrived for the appointment the front desk had no record of one on their books. :( However, they were kind enough to say they could take me anyway. :) Dr. Emily Carley and her techs/hygienists were all very kind and good at explaining and listening. They also went ahead and gave my teeth a thorough cleaning! The only downside to their office is it is very noisy, as there are no doors to each exam room and the rooms (there are about a half dozen, I think) are separated by partitions instead of full-height walls. So sometimes it was hard to hear.
