Wow! - I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit. The staff, Rosie and Martha were very efficient and caring. The office was sparkling clean and modern, and Dr. Gal was extremely caring, gave me a great cleaning and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her Van Nuys office.

The worst service I have ever got.They really don’t care about the patients just want money and when I say money I mean cash fromThe patients. I come over there for check up as one of my filling broke, I was Waiting for a month for pre approval from the insurance for the crown, but then realized that they submit wrong information, i even got mail fromThe insurance that the information they submitted is wrong.I called and asked them to take care of it, as I amIn pain, but nothing has changed, called again after few days and the doctor said that they was busy they couldn’t do it they were to busy during these days, I was surprised with that answer and after 2 min call with Maytal she hang up the phone on me, a day later I got email say that the doctor is sick and I should find another doctor. Yes you hear it right just because I didn’t want to pay extra cash on something that the insurance told me they covering and they did not submit correctly. Waist of a full month.Not mention that in the end the cost they want to charge me was double of what actually I paid somewhere else.so to say they have good affordable prices is a lie. As well let me tell you that she don’t even do root canal she wanted to send me to someone else to that. Which will be even more money she only do the cosmetic part, what kind of doctor you are if the only things you do is the “ easy” part and charge double .Be aware that most of the reviews they have are boot reviews - fake reviews.

My wife and I have been coming here for years, and we absolutely love Dr.Gal and the entire crew. Their work is so thorough and always well done. They all strive to maximize your comfort and minimize pain and anxiety. The staff "bedside" manner is perfect and always makes for a peaceful and relaxed experience. Also, they are always effficiently prompt with the procedures, but also without sacrificing quality. I got a cleaning, polishing, and a crown today in under 90 minutes. Efficient and hospitable. My wife and I love this place and will keep going here for as long as we can. Thank you Dr. Gal!

10 Stars — incredibly pleasant experience from start to finish! Went in for a new patient X-ray and Cleaning and couldn’t be happier! Doc and staff are super attentive, detailed and communicative. Office was clean, bright and comfortable with easy parking. Positive vibes! I will definitely be back!

Love this office! Best dental care I've ever received! Very accommodating and patient and to top that off the prices are fair. Hands down the most painless shots I've got to date. Dr. Gal and Dr. Tamir are just awesome! Highly recommended!
