Then the front desk representative ended up going above and beyond to make sure we had dental benefits and then that I understood my benefits for my sons treatment plan. She walked me through every step and answered all of my questions with patience and empathy. Those are characteristics that are so personal and hard to find in the professional field these days, so I asked her I said is there a way I can speak to the supervisor to express my gratitude and appreciation for you and everyone here. She ended up telling me she was the supervisor and I was just in shock because talk about a supervise who leads by example. She went the extra mile for my son and my self without me even knowing she was the supervisor and it just amazed me because it wasn’t just her it was the entire staff. Such a great experience, and it was enough to want to drive the extra hour to go back again!"
